   From 06:00 UTC we check the FCA register for every firm on your list and compare its requirements and disciplinary history with what we already hold.

   New entries raise alerts

   When a new requirement or disciplinary entry appears, your team is told in the app and by email – as it is found, or in a daily or weekly summary, as each person prefers.

   Acknowledge and document

   Each acknowledgement is recorded in your audit trail – who acknowledged what, when, and why.
